Food and Beverage Coordinator

Hilton Orlando, located off of International Drive near the Orange County Convention Center, seeks a Coordinator to join and support our Food and Beverage team. Specifically, this role will support the Banquets, Culinary, and Food and Beverage Outlets departments.

Shift Pattern: Typical shift pattern, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

Coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management.

• Coordinates projects and activities for the Banquets, Culinary, and Food & Beverage Outlets Teams
• Maintains communication across all departments
• Answers the telephone and assists internal and external guests with requests
• Writes correspondence on behalf of the department and performs other Admin duties for the department as required
• Maintains detailed filing system for the department
