Food and Beverage Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • A minimum of 2 years customer service experience 
  • Previous hotel food & beverage or banquet experience 
  • Proven experience in food and beverage coordination or related hospitality role 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management 
  • Experience with purchasing processes and vendor communication 
  • Familiarity with Banquet Event Orders (BEO) distribution and event coordination 
  • Ability to manage data input accurately and efficiently 
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Effective inbox and communication management skills 
  • Ability to act as a liaison between various department leaders and teams 
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced hotel environment 
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays 

Shift Pattern: Varies, typically AM shift starting around 9:00am 

Hourly Rate: $22.00 an hour 

What will I be doing?
The Food and Beverage Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Food & Beverage and Banquet operations. This position involves managing purchasing processes, data input, and distribution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), as well as coordinating BEO meetings. The coordinator acts as a key liaison between department leaders. Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management, along with effective inbox management, is essential for maintaining organized communication and operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support Food & Beverage and Banquet leadership in daily operations 
  • Manage purchasing processes and vendor communications 
  • Input and maintain accurate data related to events and inventory 
  • Distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate BEO meetings
