Tempo by New York Times Square is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. Our stylish hotel is in Times Square, steps from restaurants, shops, and Broadway theaters. Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, and Grand Central Station are within one mile. Our Outdoor Terrace overlooks the heart of the city. Our restaurant also offers iconic NYC views.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing unionized teams and possess a minimum of 1–2 years of food and beverage management experience within a similarly sized hotel. They should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to mentor staff and drive team performance. A solid understanding of elevated steps of service is essential, along with beverage knowledge, experience in crafting menus, managing inventory, and overseeing beverage ordering.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed for this position.
Salary: $80,000 / annually
