The Signia by Hilton San Jose is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! If you have previous restaurant management experience of at least 1-year, strong beverage knowledge, a passion for food and beverage operations, and the desire to grow within hospitality management, this may be the role for you! Fine dining and hotel experience is a plus! Previous experience or familiarity with a union highly preferred.

A Food and Beverage Manager directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
