The bustling Hilton Boston Logan Airport is seeking a food and beverage manager to join their leadership team! Connected by a covered walkway to Boston Logan Airport terminals A and E, this 604-room property is only four miles from Downtown Boston and seven miles from Fenway Park.
In this role, you will oversee as many as 20 front of house and back of house team members and report to the Director of Food and Beverage. The hotel has three outlets/restaurants, in-room dining and 15,411 square feet of event space; candidates hired into this position will manage with an emphasis on the outlets but will be expected to cross train in banquets!
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous management or supervisory experience in food and beverage, either in a standalone restaurant or a hotel restaurant. Other asset attributes of this position include previous union experience (or union leadership experience) as well as banquet experience and the ability to speak Spanish!
