The Novotel London Greenwich is a 4-star hotel and is a perfect base for business, leisure and family trips to London. The hotel has 151 Bedrooms and five conference rooms that can accommodate up to 175 guests, ideal for meetings, conferences and celebrations. Job Description

 

 

·  Assist in managing all food and beverage service operations, ensuring smooth coordination

·  Support training, and ongoing development of F&B team members.

·  Supervise, guide, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

·  Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in accordance with company and local regulations.

·  Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

·  Monitor and manage inventory levels, wastage, and stock control.

·  Help drive upselling initiatives to meet revenue targets.

·  Conduct regular team briefings and participate in departmental meetings.

·  Ensure service areas are clean, well-organized, and fully prepared before service periods.

·  Act as the duty manager when required and support events or special functions.

·  Maintain clear communication with kitchen and other departments.
