What you will do:

• Oversee daily operation, including customer service and staff supervision.
• Maintain quality standards for food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff to improve their performance.
• Manage inventory and costs for efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with regulations.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in a prestigious bar or nightlife lounge in supervisory role.
• Extensive understanding of alcoholic beverages, including wine selection and pairing.
• Ability to motivate and supervise the team.
• Complain handling skills and eye for details.
