About the role
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our amazing Team in Lisbon!
What you will do
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Restaurant Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met;
Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed;
Implement new benchmark standard training and assist Department Head to meet yearly goal;
Ensure all menus in the Restaurant are clean and updated;
Assist team and DH to assist department goal;
Assist with set-up and cleaning of operational areas;
The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, in absence of manager concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts;
Assist with the service of food to guests;
Assist in other areas of the department as needed.
What you bring
Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills, result oriented and highly self motivated;
Solid knowledge and experience of F&B operation;
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country;
Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
