What will I be doing?

• Supervise the Food & Beverage operations to ensure high quality, efficient service, and a memorable experience for all our guests
• Demonstrate knowledge of all food & beverages served in the restaurant and bar, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented
• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas
• Comply with licensing regulations and hotel procedures and conduct team member training sessions
• Ordering products for bar, stock rotation and maintaining relationships with suppliers
