What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director, Food & Beverage, the Food & Beverage Administrator provides vital support for the effective and organized operation of the Food & Beverage division.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Provide administrative support to the F&B leadership team.
• Coordinate dining reservations, group forecasts, special requests, and internal communications.
• Prepare daily reports for operational meetings and maintain current files for forecasts, operating hours, and group resumes.
• Process all non-food/beverage purchase orders and maintain stationary and supply inventory.

• Collaborate with Restaurant Managers and Chefs on menu development, editing and distribution.
• Ensure accurate menu rollouts and updates in Silverware.
