Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 13 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We’re seeking passionate and guest-focused, casual Food & Beverage Attendants to bring energy and excellence to our vibrant team.

This role offers genuine variety – from serving breakfast in Coco’s Kitchen + Bar to mixing cocktails by the Pool Bar or delivering exceptional service at banqueting and event functions. With both AM and PM shifts available, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to gain diverse experience in a premium hotel environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering warm, professional, and engaging service across restaurant, bar, and event settings.
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Setting up, operating, and packing down dining areas and function spaces.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Recommending menu items, upselling where appropriate, and sharing product knowledge with guests.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Upholding brand standards and contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A friendly, guest-focused attitude with a genuine passion for service.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential).
• A positive team spirit and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
