What you will be doing:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Coordinate and provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage Director, Venues Director, and Events Director
• Serve as a principal source of information for the Food & Beverage team
• Perform a variety of non-routine duties in the coordination, administration, and implementation of F&B projects, events, and processes
• Prepare and maintain your department’s record
• Maintain and distribute all training materials for food and beverage new hires
• Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
• Work closely and liaison with other key departments including Sales, Catering, Executive Office and Talent & Culture
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
• Follow all safety policies

Compensation: $28.64 per hour
