Food & Beverage Supervisor

The main focus of your job will be:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards are maintained
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service
• Assist in scheduling staff, managing inventory, and maintaining cost controls
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Monitor and uphold health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional activities and special events

What we expect from you:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Very good knowledge of F&B operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Very good knowledge of English at a communicative level; other language skills are an advantage
