Your responsibilities will include…

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth, personalized check-in and check-out experience.
  • Managing room assignments, keys, and guest information accurately in the property management system.
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Providing detailed information about the resort’s facilities, services, dining options, and local attractions.
  • Coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless stays.
  • Processing payments, deposits, and billing inquiries in line with company standards.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell room upgrades, services, and experiences that enhance the guest journey.
  • Managing special requests and preferences to ensure personalized and memorable stays.
  • Resolving guest complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and ensuring service excellence at all times.
