Job Description

 

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk/Welcomer/night auditor (Part Time/Zero Hour Contract) to join our team in Southampton, United Kingdom. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring efficient front desk operations.

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Manage room reservations, assignments, and status updates
  • Assist guests with information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a timely manner
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance overall experience
  • Maintain security awareness and follow established safety procedures
  • Respond to guest reviews and request
  • Ensure proper invoicing
