Front Desk Supervisor

Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is looking to welcome a Front Desk Supervisor to join the team!

Our hotel, which features 326 guest rooms, is located a half-mile away from the Buckhead MARTA Station, for rapid transit to the airport and downtown. Our 5+ team members report to the Front Office Manager. 

The ideal candidate holds 1+ years experience as a Front Desk Supervisor within hospitality. Proven ability to lead and coach a team. Prior training experience a plus!  Ability to work the required shifts. 

Shift Pattern: Full Availability for all shifts (Potential Shifts between the hours of 7AM-Noon) (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed).

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Oversees front desk operations.
  • Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
  • Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
  • Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
  •  Resolves customer complaints.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
