Your tasks:

• From check-in to check-out – to changing rooms and invoicing – everything is in your hands
• Together with your team, you will pursue the achievement of the departmental goals
• You handle guest complaints with ease
• You will support and guide our trainees during your shift

• You are enthusiastic about your work and you love communicating with guests and colleagues
• Facing new situations and challenges motivates you and gives you joy
• You are a doer and proactively go through the day
• Professionalism, flexibility and empathy are your great contribution to the team
• You have a good knowledge of German and English
