In the role of General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and management oversight, ensuring all departments collaborate effectively to achieve the Hotel’s objectives.
You will lead a skilled team, including the Front Office Manager, Head Chef, Guest Experience Executive & Maintenance Manager – upholding Novotel brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experience. You will also inspire and mentor a motivated team of emerging hospitality professionals, fostering their growth and passion for the industry.
