I’m urgently looking for Hotel General Manager to handle the scope of work as below:
➢ Operation Management: Supervise daily activities across all hotel and restaurant departments: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant service, kitchen, bakery factory, for efficiency and quality.
➢ Guest Relations: Ensure high guest satisfaction, handle complaints, resolve issues, and maintain service standards.
➢ Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate employees; foster a motivated team.
➢ Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, control expenses, set room rates, and monitor profitability.
➢ Marketing & Sales: Focusing Sale on E-Commerce, promote hotel services, set sales targets, analyze figures, and attract new business.
➢ Maintenance & Safety: Oversee building maintenance, security, renovations, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing laws.
➢ Administration: Prepare performance reports, maintain records, coordinate with suppliers and external parties, and implement hotel policies.
➢ Reporting commitment: Manage and ensure that all department reports will be submitted to Owner (Management) on time, with quality information
