We’re looking for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Food and Beverage to join our vibrant hospitality team in Gurugram, India. In this role, you’ll be the cornerstone of our food and beverage operation, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, genuine hospitality, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You’ll work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience while maintaining our high service standards and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.

• Greet and seat guests warmly and courteously, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly and professionally with attention to detail
• Maintain table setup and cleanliness according to hotel standards and organizational guidelines
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and preparation methods to assist guests with informed recommendations
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
