En tant que Guest Relations & Duty Manager, vous êtes l’ambassadeur de l’hôtel. Vous avez pour mission de satisfaire, fidéliser et surprendre nos clients en personnalisant leur expérience, du premier contact jusqu’à leur départ.
Votre accueil chaleureux, votre professionnalisme et votre disponibilité véhiculent l’image de notre établissement.
