Who we are looking for…

Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction? As a Reservations Agent at our luxury resort, you’ll be the voice of hospitality—helping guests plan their perfect stay, answering inquiries with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. If you thrive in a dynamic enviroment, have excellent communication skills, and love turning inquiries into unforgettable stays, we’d love to hear from you!

What are your responsibilities are…

  • Welcome and Assist Guests: You greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
  • Provide Personalized Service: You anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Manage Guest Communication: You handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person queries courteously, always striving to provide accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with Departments: You work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other teams to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
  • Handle Requests and Complaints: You address and resolve guest issues efficiently, following up to ensure complete satisfaction and a positive impression of the resort.
  • Promote Resort Offerings: You provide detailed information about rooms, facilities, promotions, and local attractions, and actively identify opportunities to upsell upgrades or special packages.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: You update guest profiles, preferences, and feedback in the system to support personalized service and efficient operations.
  • Support Guest Experience Initiatives: You assist in implementing loyalty programs, special events, and service enhancements that elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Monitor Guest Feedback: You collect and communicate guest comments and suggestions to help improve service quality and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Uphold Brand Standards: You ensure every interaction reflects the resort’s values, service philosophy, and commitment to excellence.

What we want from you…

  • You bring a natural ease in communication, making guests feel valued and understood from the very first interaction.
  • Ideally, you’ve gained hands-on experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service along the way.
  • You enjoy being part of a team and thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone works toward the same goal.
  • Your joy in delivering thoughtful, accurate service feels genuine—and guests can sense it. It creates confidence and trust in every conversation. You communicate confidently in English and Spanish, and if you have German language skills, this would be an added bonus!
  • You already hold a valid work permit for Spain
