As a Host/Hostess at Belmond, you will be the welcoming face of our esteemed establishment, playing a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will ensure that every guest is treated with warmth and hospitality, reflecting the luxurious standards of the Belmond brand.

In this role, your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that dining areas are well-maintained. You will also assist in coordinating guest seating and attend to guest inquiries with professionalism and a genuine smile.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or luxury environments.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and rotating days off.
• Availability to work rotating shifts: 8:00 a.m. – 4:20 p.m.; 11:40 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; 1:40 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; and 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., according to the duty roster.
