Reporting to the General Manager, the Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational departments, including, Rooms, Front Office, Spa, Engineering, Club Signia and Security. This leader ensures seamless daily operations, upholds the highest service standards, and drives both guest and team member satisfaction. They will also play a key role in maximizing profitability, executing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence. In the GM’s absence, the Hotel Manager serves as the top operator and represents the property in key decisions.
