Reporting to the General Manager, the Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational departments, including, Rooms, Front Office, Spa, Engineering, Club Signia and Security. This leader ensures seamless daily operations, upholds the highest service standards, and drives both guest and team member satisfaction. They will also play a key role in maximizing profitability, executing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence. In the GM’s absence, the Hotel Manager serves as the top operator and represents the property in key decisions.

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Hotel Manager or equivalent leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful team leadership and operational excellence.
  • Strong ability to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-volume, large-scale hotel operations
