JOB DESCRIPTION

The Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach – a Doubletree by Hilton hotel is looking for their next Housekeeping Supervisor to lead their team. This amazing property has 296 guest rooms and is located next to the Fort Lauderdale beach, half a mile south of East Las Olas Boulevard. 

Ideal Candidate will have at least two years of Housekeeping and Hospitality and Customer Service experience, will be able to communicate in English and understand the language and lead a team of up to 55 Team Members.

Shift Pattern: Candidate will work rotating shifts throughout the week, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
