Starting Rate: $24.00 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.76

Job Duties Include:

• Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, addressing concerns promptly and escalating when necessary.
• Oversee and coordinate the property’s deep cleaning and preventative maintenance project, ensuring it runs efficiently, aligns with brand standards, and is completed on schedule.
• Conduct preventative maintenance audits and lead specialized cleaning initiatives, working closely with the Engineering team and the Front Desk Rooms Blocker to ensure accurate room placement Out of Order (OOO) for scheduled maintenance.
• Lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring service standards are upheld, guest rooms and VIP arrivals are inspected, and rooms are ready by 4:00 PM daily.
• Supervise, coach, and train team members, providing feedback, performance reviews, and recognition while fostering a positive and accountable work culture.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, maintenance reporting, and compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth communication, operational efficiency, and enhanced guest satisfaction.
