As the In Room Dining Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our in-room dining operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a dedicated team of professionals.

• Manage and optimize the daily operations of the in-room dining department
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of in-room dining staff to deliver exceptional service
• Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that align with guest preferences and hotel standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
