Reports To: Steward Supervisor, Sous Chef
Profile: The Kitchen Steward position provides the support and backbone necessary to make the kitchen run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. While the position’s primary focus is cleaning serving ware, glass, flatware, pots and pans, also it is important that the position removes and organizes trash and recycling, and cleans the kitchen floors, shelving and equipment.
