Job Description

A Lead Cook transforms high-quality, unique ingredients into dishes utilizing hotel recipes and standards through preparing, cooking and plating. As a Lead Cook, you uphold culinary standards of excellence and are comfortable working on multiple stations in the kitchen. You have a strong desire to learn and build your culinary skillset.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of culinary experience in a luxury setting preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Degree from a culinary arts training program preferred
