Manager, Food & Beverage

Description:

• To manage and drive all aspects of the outlet’s operations to consistently and profitably deliver high quality F&B service in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management Business Administration Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant bar banquet and food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage develop and motivate team members effectively.
• Excellent planning management and food and beverage cost control skills.
• Ability to prepare budgets analyze operational performance and drive sales to achieve business targets.
• Knowledge of service standards food hygiene and workplace safety regulations including HACCP Food Safety standards.
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant hotel management systems.
• Strong communication negotiation problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Service-minded with a professional appearance and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a flexible working environment.
