Functieomschrijving:
In jouw rol als Duty Manager bewaak je continu de tevredenheid, de kwaliteit, het comfort en de veiligheid. Dit doe je door controle rondes te lopen, checks uit te voeren en collega’s aan te spreken. Je bent creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen. Als er zich een probleem voordoet, los je dit zo snel mogelijk op. Ook ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt bij calamiteiten en/of klachten. Je staat de gast te woord en zorgt dat deze het hotel tevreden verlaat. Voorkomen is echter beter dan genezen, dus jij legt onze gasten graag in de spreekwoordelijke watten door leuke WOW-momenten voor hen te creëren.
