Manager, Restaurant

Description:

• To manage organize and drive all aspects of the outlet’s operations ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality Food & Beverage service in accordance with established standards while maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management Food & Beverage Management Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations food safety hygiene standards and quality service.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead coach develop and build a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Strong planning organizational problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in restaurant operation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Professional service-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
