• Implement company brand
• image and policies by monitoring staff performance and attitude.
  – Plan and ensure smooth daily F&B operation.
  – Promote and enforce honesty and friendliness among the team member and create the career development for the subordinates
  – Initiate the programmes that aim to promote and maximize the revenue in the restaurant
  – Capable in controlling the cost within the department.

  – At least 2 year in managing restaurant operation in for branded hotel or related field
  – Experience in function/event management will be plus
