We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team in İstanbul, Turkey. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and communication initiatives to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans aligned with company goals
• Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials
• Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
• Support the development and distribution of press releases and media communications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing and communications roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
• Graphic design skills, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Data analysis and reporting skills to measure marketing performance
• Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques
• Knowledge of branding principles and corporate communications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a creative problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with the Turkish market and cultural nuances is a plus
