At Novotel London Paddington, we’re looking for an experienced Night Manager to lead our overnight operation. As the senior manager on duty throughout the night, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, overseeing the Night Audit process, supporting your team and ensuring the safety and security of our guests, colleagues and hotel.

This is a full time position, 39 hours per week.

As our Night Manager, you will:

• Lead the overnight operation as the Manager on Duty, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by handling enquiries, resolving concerns and leading by example.
• Complete the Night Audit, ensuring all financial transactions, revenue postings and reports are accurate.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.
• Ensure all billing and banking procedures are completed accurately and in line with company standards.
• Supervise, motivate and develop the Front Office Night Team while supporting other departments as required.
• Conduct regular security patrols throughout the hotel, including public areas, guest floors, gym, garage and back-of-house areas.
