Responsabilità:
– Accogliere gli ospiti, effettuare il check-in/check-out e fornire assistenza generale.
– Rispondere alle telefonate, gestire le prenotazioni e fornire informazioni sui servizi dell’hotel.
– Monitorare la sicurezza dell’hotel durante il turno di lavoro, inclusa la sorveglianza delle aree comuni e la gestione di eventuali situazioni di emergenza.
– Eseguire attività amministrative di base come la preparazione di report giornalieri e la gestione dei pagamenti.
– Collaborare con il personale di pulizia e manutenzione per garantire che eventuali problemi vengano risolti tempestivamente.
Cosa cerchiamo:
– Esperienza precedente in un ruolo simile in un ambiente alberghiero.
– Forti capacità comunicative e di servizio al cliente.
– Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e di prendere decisioni informate in situazioni ad alta pressione.
