Four Seasons Hotel New York is a AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star Hotel since opening and is located in the heart of Midtown near Central Park. Our property has 368 spacious guest rooms and suites and is the destination for international and high-profile clientele.
The Heart of House Manager oversees stewarding and housekeeping functions during overnight hours to ensure cleanliness, compliance, and operational efficiency across all back-of-house and public areas. This role partners closely with the Executive Steward, Housekeeping leadership, and Food & Beverage teams to maintain Four Seasons standards and deliver exceptional service. *Occasional travel required for training, conferences, and special events. The role will require 8–10-hour shifts, with days and hours varying based on business needs.
