The hotel showcases over 130k square footage of event space along with four unique restaurants and bars, featuring an award winning European fine dining experience and an island-inspired hideaway.
Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen within a hotel setting. Seeking someone with a high volume banquet background and scratch baking experience.
Shift Pattern: variable with typical shift times from 5am- 4pm, weekend/holiday availability required
