A PM Server is responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a professional server who is excited to be part of the Che Vita opening team. The ideal candidate is positive, outgoing, and driven, with a “make it happen” attitude.
Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience as a server in an upscale restaurant, ideally Italian, as well as prior experience as a host or busser. A strong understanding of beverage programs and wine menus is essential, along with the ability to engage with guests in a way that is both fun and professional—helping to create memorable Che Vita Experiences.
