複数の象徴的なホテルやブランドの収益成長を推進し、複数施設にわたる収益戦略とパフォーマンスを最適化し、ベストプラクティスを構築し、業界をリードするテクノロジーを活用します。
ポートフォリオ・レベニューマネージャーとして、営業、マーケティング、予約チームと密接に連携し、2～3施設のポートフォリオ全体で収益パフォーマンスを最適化し、ビジネス目標を達成します。
収益戦略の策定と実行、市場動向の把握、経営陣との予測や価格設定に関する協働を行います。
また、社内外のレベニューマネジメントコミュニティへの貢献、ジュニアメンバーの指導、キャリア成長に向けた学習・開発支援も受けられます。
