Pre Arrival Coordinator

The beautiful, family friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a full-time Pre-Arrival Coordinator to join their guest services team! This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations!

The ideal candidate is an excellent multi-tasker, can manage a heavy call volume, and has experience working in Front Office/Rooms of a hotel.

Shift Pattern: 8-hour shift between 10am – 11:30pm (Mid and PM shifts)

Pay Rate: $20.23

What will I be doing?

• Organizes and oversees all arrivals/pre-assigned groups/leisure guests to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Ensures that all guests are confirmed and specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met daily.
