Será responsável por realizar check-in, check-out, atendimento telefônico, suporte a reservas e demais demandas da área, assegurando a excelência na experiência do cliente.
Atuará em escala tournant (manhã, tarde e noite), sendo essencial ter flexibilidade de horários. É necessário domínio de português e inglês para comunicação clara com hóspedes nacionais e internacionais.
Valorizamos candidatos com boa comunicação, organização, postura profissional e foco em hospitalidade. Experiência prévia em hotelaria será um diferencial.
