L’équipe du Novotel Bordeaux Lac recherche leur nouveau(elle) réceptionniste tournant(e) pour rejoindre la team des GO THÉRAPEUTES (oui, ici on soigne aussi bien nos clients que l’ambiance !).
Une équipe de 8 personnes, dynamique, soudée et toujours prête à accueillir un(e) collègue avec le sourire et une bonne dose d’énergie.
Tes missions, si tu les acceptes :
Accueillir nos clients avec chaleur et professionnalisme, de leur arrivée à leur départ
Gérer les appels, les mails et toutes les demandes avec efficacité et bonne humeur
T’adapter aux différents shifts (matin, soir, nuit ponctuellement) et assurer la continuité du service
Être un véritable pilier de l’expérience client, en créant une relation personnalisée
Participer à l’optimisation des ventes et à la fidélisation
Travailler main dans la main avec toute l’équipe dans une ambiance conviviale
Tu es dynamique, polyvalent(e), organisé(e) et tu aimes le contact client ?
Tu as un bon esprit d’équipe et tu sais t’adapter à toutes les situations avec le sourire (même à 6h du matin 😄) ?Tu as déjà eu une expérience en hôtellerie ?
