Job description:

As an INNSiDE Reservations Agent, you will work alongside a team of passionate individuals providing excellent service and proactively promoting the service culture values of INNSiDE that set us apart from competitors. You will be fully conversant with the reservation procedures with the responsibility to deliver exceptional guest experience by surprising and delighting our guests, whether that’s with your local INNSiDER knowledge and energy, or by organizing a personalized surprise for a special occasion.

What will I have to do?

You will be an ambassador for excellent service, dealing efficiently with all requests and queries from guests via e-mail or over the telephone whilst maintaining the highest levels of service standards, and proactively promoting sales through upsells and excellent knowledge of our products and services.

What are we looking for?

• Passionate and energetic individuals
• Previous experience in a service orientated role
• Ideally experience with Opera CLOUD
• Preferably speaking multiple languages
• Being a real team player
