Reservations Coordinator

Zemi Miches Punta Cana, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join their team working from a satellite office in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

This 500 room resort is located by the beautiful shores of Playa Esmerelda – Zemi Miches celebrates its local heritage through its 10 unique Restaurants and Bars, 10,000 square ft of meeting space.

Reporting to the Director of Reservations and working at the satellite location in San Juan, Puerto Rico this opportunity is perfect for a self-motivated hospitality professional.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year experience of relevant hotel operations with a strong understanding of room inventory. Candidates must be flexible with their schedule.

Shift Pattern: Weekdays between the hours of 9am – 6pm – with flexibility to adjust to business needs

Hourly Rate: $21.60 per hour

What will I be doing?

The Reservations Coordinator will work with clients and guests to respond to enquiries and booking requests in a prompt and professional manner.

• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
• Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes, and contribute to a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts
• Reservation Management: Handle individual and group bookings across various channels, ensuring personalized service and upselling opportunities.
