About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Residences team as a Residential Supervisor. The Residential Supervisor, in coordination with the Assistant Director of Residences, directs and supervises the residence operations and provides administrative support including coordinating the move-in and interior decorating/finishing procedures for unit owners, conducting orientation for new unit owners, handling of day to day operations to ensure a smooth running of the house, keeping and filing of records, maintenance of logs related to expenses, supervising all functions of the residences.  The Residential Supervisor also maintains daily contact with individual unit owners, responds to their queries and solves any issues arising out of operations.

What you will do

• In the absence of the Assistant Director of Residences, be the first contact for any homeowner/tenant needs and concerns, ensuring the highest level of service and responsiveness.
• Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations of the residences.  e.g., oversee the resident requests, delivery, assist with purchase orders, etc.
• Lead training efforts between the Residential Division and the supporting Hotel departments to ensure all service requests from private residence homeowners and tenants are understood, completed in a timely manner, to the highest standards of execution.
• Become familiar with the legal and governance responsibilities of the Property Manager, Property Owners and Operator, and will remedy any conflicts that occur in-keeping with the project governing documents.

What you bring

• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Must have at least 3 years previous supervisory experience in luxury hospitality or residential
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and business acumen skills
• Work Authorization to work in the United States
