What will you have to do?

• Implement the company’s F&B strategy, standards, and procedures.

• Implement projects and tools of the new F&B scenario.

• Communicate operational needs and improvements to Management.

• Propose efficiency improvements in the bar and restaurant.

• Ensure the team is familiar with technical specifications.

• Participate in daily briefings, follow-up meetings and monthly meetings.

• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning and decoration of facilities.

• Supervise the image and ambiance of the outlets.

• Coordinate cleaning and condition of dishes, cutlery and equipment.

• Place orders according to service needs.

• Plan and communicate orders to the team.

• Analyze planned services with managers, requesting orders in advance, organizing the staff and supervising the preparation, presentation and control of the post-service.

What are we looking for?

• Higher education degree and/or university qualification, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality.

• Advanced English. A third language will be considered an asset.

• Knowledge of dining room and bar procedures, closing procedures, cash counts, stock management and orders.

• Food safety (HACCP) and cost control.

• Proficient in REVO systems, POS systems and advanced Office suite.

• Knowledge of hotel operations and team management.

• Key competencies: teamwork, service orientation, quality, professionalism, strategic vision, communication, creativity and innovation.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the hotel sector. #LI-CP1
