In this role you will be the overseeing our newly reconcepted Italian Steakhouse, managing a Food & Beverage Manager, and team of 25-30 Front of House Team Members, reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
We are seeking a seasoned restaurant leader with a minimum of five years of progressive management experience, ideally in fine dining, Italian cuisine, or steakhouse settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and overseeing multi-million-dollar operations. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a guest-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Familiarity with Italian culture and cuisine is preferred, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Experience in luxury hotels and unionized environments is a plus.
