  • Drastically discounted spa services
  • Work in an environment where kindness, creativity and authenticity is highly appreciated
  • Complimentary meals on duty
  • Worldwide travel perks – up to 30 nights at discounted rates over 6,000 properties in more than 100 countries and 50% Food & Beverage discounts
  • The world is yours– Your next role could be as a concierge, reservations agent or within a different department like Front Office, Accounts or Human Resources in over 100 different countries

Why this role matters

Powder isn’t just a restaurant — it’s the heart of our guest experience. From signature breakfasts to après cocktails, every detail of service, menu, and atmosphere sets the tone for the entire resort. As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the team that turns meals into memories, ensuring Powder operates with flawless execution, financial discipline, and a welcoming, sophisticated vibe.

What you’ll do

  • Lead daily operations – Oversee breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service with a hands-on approach, ensuring consistency, quality, and energy in the dining room.
  • Drive the bar program – Partner with the bar team to curate menus, maintain proper inventory, and deliver a best-in-class beverage experience.
  • Be guest-facing – Act as the visible leader on the floor, greeting guests, resolving challenges, and elevating the service standard.
  • Coach and develop – Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff, building a culture of pride and professionalism.
  • Manage the numbers – Track daily sales, labor, and beverage costs, adjusting strategy to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Stay stocked & controlled – Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory for both bar and restaurant, keeping waste low and standards high.
  • Collaborate across the resort – Partner with Culinary, Events, and Rooms teams to execute special menus, seasonal activations, and VIP experiences.
  • Maintain compliance – Ensure health, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations are always followed with precision.
  • Refine the details – Oversee table setups, menu accuracy, POS functionality, and shift checklists so every service runs seamlessly.

What success looks like

  • Powder is known as the resort’s signature dining experience — guests return because of how it feels, not just what they ate or drank.
  • The bar is a destination on its own, with consistent execution, a dynamic menu, and excellent controls.
  • The team is motivated, polished, and proud — turnover is low, morale is high.
  • Financial and service goals are consistently met without sacrificing hospitality.
