Who we are looking for…

You are a guest-oriented and talented leader who inspires the team with your entrepreneurial thinking and inspiring manner and inspires our guests with our new restaurant concept! You understand both Italian culinary arts and the legendary, Italian hospitality through your experiences in trendy, Italian or Mediterranean restaurants Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks in the bar, you’ll have your eye on everything, supporting your team while putting trendy F&B ideas into action.

What your responsibilities are…

• You manage all operational and administrative aspects of the Assoluto ristorante & Assoluto Café
• You never lose track and manage to guide and lead your team of employees & trainees accordingly
• You successfully implement creative and innovative F&B concepts – always keeping an eye on the overall hotel goals, brand standards and revenue targets
• You know how to draw the right conclusions with the key figures and always have an eye on the costs in order to bring productivity and efficiency in line with each other.
• You lead the Assoluto team professionally, disciplinary and administratively and work closely with all other hotel areas
• You are involved in recruiting your team members and provide them with a professional induction and a motivating working atmosphere
• You are a true team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team
• You are responsible for the further development of our F&B team and the trainees and enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge
• You are no stranger to social media and you regularly provide content for our marketing team

What we want from you….

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position with team leadership, international experience is an advantage
• Experience in upscale Italian restaurants would be an advantage
• Great understanding of Italian/Mediterranean art of hosting and culinary art
• You speak German and English on a good conversational level
• You are authorized to work in an EU country
• You are characterized by a modern leadership style and already have experience in leading and motivating employees
• You are a hands-on person and implement new trends with great creativity
• Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do
• You are a communication talent with good German and English skills
• You are an organizational talent and never lose track of things
• Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
• Your guest orientation and willingness to perform inspire your team to top performance.
• Your enthusiasm to share your knowledge with your team and trainees is contagious!
