About the role:
The Restaurants General Manager is a key leadership role within the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests.
You will lead and develop high-performing teams, collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage, and drive operational excellence and financial performance across all outlets.
